New Roof

New roof and a coat of stain on the playset. Now her clubhouse is complete. A big thanks to Peggy and Susie Rapp!

Parade

Annaliese got to be in her first parade today for the local 4^th of July celebrations! She enjoyed throwing the candy more than she does receiving it : )

VBS

Annaliese and her friend from school had a great VBS experience. A huge thanks to all the volunteers that make these opportunities possible!

VBS Kick Off

VBS kickoff at Sholem tonight! Annaliese invited a friend from school – they had a great time (even though it was cut short by bad weather). Ice cream afterwards wasn’t too bad either : )

T-Ball Season Comes to a Close

Last t-ball game today! She did such a great job this season. She was the last batter up and hit the ball harder than she had all season. We are so proud of her fearless attitude to “get right in!"

A big thanks to her coaches for making this such a positive experience for her : )

Friends

Had a great night of pizza and bowling with great friends!

Then Annaliese was invited to her first sleepover with a friend (that was not family). Oh my, she's growing up too fast : (

Made Our Day

You know how parenting can be hard - hard to find patience, hard to make time, etc. - sometimes? Well, today we received a gift from Annaliese that reminds us it is all worth it...

Sweet girl knows she was chosen - just as we are all chosen by Christ. Adoption is such an amazing blessing!

Last Day of School

Last day of Kindergarten! We are so proud of her hard work this year – she has come so far! 

 

She was given the “Outstanding Artist Award” for her good efforts in art class.

We have absolutely been blessed with a tremendous teacher for Annaliese’s Kindergarten experiences. Thank you so much for being who you are, Ms. Jenkins!

First Classmate's Party

Annaliese got invited to her first kid’s birthday party of a classmate today! She was a little shy at first, but ended up having a great time. Happy Birthday, Alex!
