First Band Concert

Grandma Jane came and ate lunch with us today – what a special treat! Annaliese really enjoys spending time with my mom : )

Once Jonathan got home from work we headed over to Atwood to attend a band concert that Josh was invited to participate in for the region. This was her first experience of anything like this and she was in awe the entire time!

It began with everyone standing for the national anthem, which she had not yet seen done. She did so well standing quietly while this played. Once the concert music began, she was looking all around when new instruments would come in to see what was making each sound : )

Then for the majority of the ride home, she was talking about music and pretending to play various instruments. She is just so sweet. It was a very nice evening : )
